In the grand scheme of the universe, everything undergoes cycles of birth and death through evolution. It can be said that “Man follows the Earth, the Earth follows Heaven, Heaven follows the Tao, and the Tao follows nature.” Whether the Tao purely follows nature is a subject for further discussion, but at the very least, Laozi expounded on the relationship and rules between heaven, earth, and humans over two thousand years ago. The concept of “The Tao follows nature” was believed to be more easily comprehensible to the people of that time.
For humans to truly comprehend the origins and root causes of illnesses in the human body, the most comprehensive approach is as follows: Firstly, we utilize the scientific methods of Western medicine, starting from the symptoms to identify the precise location of the ailment. We then incorporate the observations, olfaction, inquiries, and palpation of traditional Chinese medicine to search for the fundamental source of the disease. Finally, we analyze the deeper layers of the illness from a spiritual perspective, thereby formulating a holistic medical treatment plan.
However, the reality is that Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine have little interaction, let alone the integration of comprehensive treatment methods that involve spiritual healing. Unfortunately, spiritual healing methods have yet to be widely introduced and recognized. In fact, according to revelations from members of the Planetary Alliance, the majority of human diseases are primarily spiritual in nature, with the diseases themselves often acting as catalysts. Spiritual healing methods have already been extensively employed in the fourth Density and have become One of the most effective medical approaches.
Not Just a Physical Body
To truly heal spiritual illnesses, we must start from the origins of humanity. Without this foundation, the eradication of spiritual diseases is impossible to discuss. The treatment of diseases would then fall into the simplistic realm of Western medicine, where each ailment is treated in isolation. Here, we declare that our intention is not to belittle the achievements of modern medical science, nor to replace the means of modern medical science. On the contrary, we believe that the combination of modern scientific methods in Western medicine, the profound understanding of the root causes of ailments in traditional Chinese medicine, the integration of dietary therapy, particularly the inclusion of spiritual and mental healing practices, and the commitment to physical exercise are a more comprehensive and highly recommended approach to healthcare and well-being. However, in the event that the aforementioned comprehensive approach fails to achieve the desired results, it may be worth more articles and blog posts in our website. Perhaps it can serendipitously assist in healing your own illness or that of your loved ones.

According to the explanations provided by the Planetary Alliance, the universe is infinite and consists of countless galaxies like the Milky Way, within which there are numerous sub-galaxies such as the solar system, including planets like Earth, Mars, Venus, Jupiter, and so on. These planets exist in different densities and support various forms of life. They have, at some point, hosted life in the third Density. Earth and humanity are both integral parts of the universe. Earth is classified as a planet in the third Density, currently undergoing a transition to the fourth Density.
The origin of humanity does involve the evolution of physical bodies from primates, but the majority of us (as composite entities of mind/body/spirit) were introduced from different races of other planets. The purpose of humans being born on Earth, in this third-Density realm, is no different from the purpose of evolution that exists throughout the universe. Our composite entity of mind/body/spirit is meant to evolve towards higher densities. While the physical body may indeed deteriorate, the soul is eternal! Learn more…
Therefore, the structure of the human body cannot be simply understood as a physical body alone but as a composite entity of mind, body, and spirit, abbreviated as the mind/body/spirit composite entity. The diseases of the body are not merely physical or bodily diseases, especially complex ones such as chronic diseases, cancer, and mental illnesses. They are more likely to be spiritual illnesses that manifest in physical form. In fact, they are comprehensive ailments of the mind/body/spirit. The emergence of any disease is due to the mind/body/spirit not growing or evolving according to the intended pattern (slowing down or stopping), resulting in manifestations in the physical or mental aspects of the individual. Body Signals
From a spiritual perspective, all the pain, suffering, and misfortune in the world, including the emergence of comprehensive illnesses of mind/body/spirit, are often signals that the body is sending to the individual (spiritually). They can range from gentle reminders to serious warnings, and in the most severe cases, they act as ultimatums. From a spiritual standpoint, these signals also serve as catalysts. As the name implies, their appearance may seem like “misfortune” on the surface, but in reality, they can catalyze the spiritual growth of humanity. Learn more…
The greatest characteristic of comprehensive illnesses of mind/body/spirit is that modern medical methods are unable to cure them, or even if they appear to be cured, they often relapse shortly after. Most of these illnesses are spiritual in nature. However, the majority of patients do not understand the underlying meanings behind them and are accustomed to blindly seeking treatment solely from the perspective of medical technology. For example, they may choose the best doctors and, if unsuccessful, switch doctors or hospitals, and some may turn to divine intervention in times of desperation. But few people take the time to reflect on the deeper meanings and origins of these illnesses. Readers, did you know that the vast majority of patients can be cured, except for a few cases governed by the law of cause and effect (also known as the law of karma) where conventional medicine is ineffective? Aside from cases where delays have been too prolonged and irreversible damage has occurred in the body, or cases where patients have chosen to give up due to their free will, most patients can be healed. Insights from Illness
Are Illness and Spiritual Evolution Related? The Answer is Yes! Let’s look at the causes and insights of illness from a perspective beyond pathology:
Regardless of whether you reincarnate or embody in this world, you have specific lessons to complete. Hence, the concept of destiny exists. Destiny is like a long self-guided journey, and without navigation, you may get lost. Even with navigation, you must personally drive your “vehicle” (spiritual vessel), experience the journey, appreciate the scenery, assess the risks, and abide by the rules of the road. For instance, when you encounter a yellow light, you slow down; a red light, you stop; if there’s a traffic jam, you can choose an alternative route; if your car breaks down, you need to get it repaired… The ideal goal for a traveler is to arrive safely and on time. Life’s journey is no different. When you deviate from the path set by destiny, you often encounter either a yellow or a red light—this is not a coincidence but a reminder or a warning! At this point, you must pay attention, and contemplate whether you need to change your route. Minor ailments in the body are like yellow lights; you need to see a doctor and engage in physical exercise. When a red light appears, it signifies a serious illness. Besides consulting a specialist, you must also change unhealthy habits and sleep patterns. If your symptoms do not improve and the condition becomes chronic or even terminal, it means that you have reached a dead-end. If you continue without making a fundamental change in your past way of life or direction, the road ahead will be One of demise.
Your destiny changes because you are not following the predetermined path. These symptoms are warnings or even ultimatums being conveyed by your body (spirit). But please remember that “ultimatum” does not equal “death sentence.” It belongs to the highest level of warning or the final ultimatum. In other words, as long as you are aware and conscious of this, and resolve to make significant changes, to “return from the wrong path,” as long as the extent of harm to your body has not reached an irreparable stage, and as long as you have not violated the law of karma, the vast majority of patients can be healed or saved, unless they choose to give up. Unfortunately, most of us have the experience of witnessing friends and relatives who never understand the aforementioned principles and ultimately lose their lives. Although the soul is immortal, they can still reincarnate and have a “new life.” However, why should they become “repeating students” when they could have completed their lessons in this lifetime?
Please remember that each entity has a different purpose in its current life. There is no absolute formula that can be applied to different individuals, except to “spend effort” to experience life, to explore suitable methods of treatment, and the entire process of treating diseases. The result may not be what your thoughts desire, but it is undoubtedly the experience and journey needed by your mind, body, and Spirit Complex as a whole.
For any spiritual-related illness, it is possible to diagnose and heal through self-examination and self-treatment.
The Revelation of Pain& Suffering
Suffering arises when the sensory system is stimulated. The sensory system can be divided into physical suffering, mental suffering, and spiritual suffering. These three types of suffering all belong to sensory suffering. Some forms of suffering, such as physical pain, can to some extent trigger the occurrence of the other two types of suffering in a chain reaction. Mental suffering, apart from leading to spiritual suffering, can also cause other forms of suffering, such as triggering illnesses. They are interconnected.
Suffering is a commonly used catalyst. Because regardless of whether suffering arises from the physical, mental, or spiritual aspect, it ultimately leads to spiritual suffering or even complex and interconnected suffering. For example, a sudden car accident not only causes physical, mental, and spiritual trauma and suffering to the individual injured but also affects many individuals from multiple families. Click here to learn more about the definition of suffering and catalysts.
The stimulus of suffering is what easily captures people’s attention. However, merely noticing it does not mean perceiving it as part of a catalyst, let alone understanding its revelations and significance. This is because you have not connected the experiences and sensations of suffering with spiritual experiences.
If a catalyst fails to achieve its intended purpose or effect, similar catalysts will continue to appear One after another until the desired goal or effect is attained. Now, perhaps you are beginning to understand why in your life there always seems to be a series of events where “misfortunes never come alone”!
Some catalysts are meant for individual learning, while others serve as prompts for the collective. Each has its own purpose and is part of the wondrous creation. Suffering is just an illusion. Without it, would you awaken?
After each disaster or period of suffering, there will be corresponding individuals who are catalyzed into awareness, consciousness, and awakening. The greater the disaster or suffering, the more individuals become awakened and conscious. Great awakenings arise from extraordinary circumstances.
The purpose of this website is to assist readers in understanding and discerning what spiritual illnesses are, how to treat such spiritual illnesses and methods for holistic well-being. Please refer to the website’s mission statement and disclaimer.
Note: In this translation, I have retained the term “catalyst” as it carries the intended meaning in the context of the article.
