I am a human being, no different from others.
I see, I hear, I eat, I drink, just like animals.
But I am only myself, I belong to myself,
Not to any other entity, nor to any other person.
I do not belong to angels, nor to God –
For I am One with God.
─ Eckhart von Hochheim
The general understanding of humanity still regards a person merely as a unique physical form, associated with a name shared among many. The notion of “ashes to ashes, dust to dust” is deeply rooted in the cognition of many individuals. So, if we strip away our physical appearance and name, are we still ourselves?
In truth, what remains after removing the external form and name is the essence, the True Self – the amalgamation of our consciousness and spirit. This is authentic existence. When the mind separates from the body, it transforms into consciousness. The fusion of spirit and consciousness is the true life or entity that coexists eternally with the universe. While each of us possesses a physical body, we are more than just that body. The body is the temple of the soul, and above this temple lies the self-created by God – the soul. We are multidimensional beings.
To truly comprehend why we are human, we must first understand the definition of being human, the distinction between human nature and spirituality, the true origin of humanity, forms of life, the concept of Density, and how many densities exist in the universe. What is the veil, and does it exist only in the third Density? What is the essence of being human? Only then can we grasp why we are human and why we choose to be human!
Definition of Human
Human or humanity is the definition we give ourselves or our own kind. As entities on Earth, we refer to ourselves as human beings. Humanity, then, is our self-perceived position as the most intelligent creatures at the top of the food chain on Earth. At times, we have even believed ourselves to be the only intelligent beings in the evolutionary process of the universe. To this day, there are still many who hold such thoughts.
The definition of humanity, as found on Wikipedia, includes the following description: Humans have more developed brains compared to other animals, enabling complex calculations and abstract thinking. Additionally, the upright posture of humans allows for free movement of the forelimbs, which enables the use of tools far beyond any other species. Humans also attempt to explain the phenomena of the natural world through philosophy, art, science, mythology, and religion. This intense curiosity has driven the development of advanced tools and scientific technologies. Like other primates, humans are social beings. The social interactions among individuals establish a wide range of traditions, religious systems, values, and laws, forming the foundation of human society. Humans are particularly Adept at using spoken language, gestures, body language, and written language to communicate, collaborate, express themselves, interact, exchange opinions, and organize affairs.
The term “humanity” indicates that it is a collective concept encompassing individuals, and various ethnic or cultural groups, and can also extend to the scope of human civilization or society. Sometimes, it can refer to the total population of the world. When individuals are considered separately, they are referred to as humans, individuals, or persons. If we do not delve deeply into the essence of being human or human nature, the aforementioned description is widely accepted.
In reality, the most significant factor that sets humans apart from other species is human nature. Therefore, the study of human nature becomes complex and highly intriguing.
The Distinction Between Personality, Character, Human Nature, and Spirituality
Personality, character, human nature, and spirituality have both similarities and differences. Through my prolonged contemplation and guidance from my spiritual mentor, I have discovered different interpretations compared to modern scholars. It is not because I possess superior knowledge, but rather modern scholars tend to focus more on human nature, while metaphysical teachings emphasize the importance of spirituality. This is because human nature represents the “surface,” while spirituality is the “root.”
1. About Personality and Character
Character refers to a set of moral and spiritual qualities and beliefs that differentiate a person from others. Personality, on the other hand, refers to the combination of qualities, attitudes, and behaviors that distinguish One person from another.
Regardless of the reason, having unique characteristics and possessing an individual’s distinct personality or character is a reflection of One’s self. These traits are evident whether expressed through the soul or the physical form of a person. However, different cultures have different understandings of personality, character, and individuality. To better understand the distinction between character and personality, we must also comprehend the similarities and differences between human nature and spirituality.
The relationship between human nature and spirituality is more mysterious. By understanding their differences, you will gain a deeper understanding and insight into the concept of “humanity,” including personality, character, human nature, and spirituality. I will attempt to explain them concisely and comprehensibly:
2. About Human Nature
Human nature is an intriguing and complex topic. Throughout history, despite significant advancements in scientific knowledge, our understanding of human nature remains mostly superficial, with little progress in the realm of spirituality. Why is this the case? We can gather some clues by searching for the term “human nature” on platforms like “Baidu” and “Wikipedia.”
In brief, according to Baidu, human nature can be viewed from both a narrow and broad perspective. The narrow perspective refers to the aspects that distinguish humans from animals, while the broad perspective encompasses the commonalities between humans and animals. Baidu further divides human nature into innate nature and acquired nature, drawing on the concept of “similar in nature, but divergent in habits” attributed to Confucius.
On the other hand, Wikipedia considers human nature as synonymous with the term “human essence.” It acknowledges that human nature has been a topic of ongoing scholarly debate, with no definitive consensus reached thus far. However, the majority of people believe in the existence of human nature and see it as a distinctive characteristic of humanity, distinct from “personality.”
From the aforementioned definitions of human nature, it is evident that a clear consensus has not been reached. This reflects the state of most people’s understanding and comprehension of human nature.
3. About Spirituality
Spirituality is a broad concept that encompasses various perspectives. Generally, it involves a sense of connection to something greater than ourselves and often entails a pursuit of meaning in life. It is, therefore, a universal human experience that resonates with all of us. People may describe a spiritual experience as sacred or transcendent, or simply as a profound sense of vitality and connection.
Some individuals may find that their spiritual lives are intertwined with their engagement with churches, temples, mosques, or synagogues. Others may pray or find solace in relationships with God or higher powers. There are also those who seek meaning through connection with nature or art. Like your sense of purpose, your personal definition of spirituality may evolve throughout your life to align with your own experiences and relationships.
As you read this article, you’ll notice that many practices recommended for cultivating spirituality bear similarities to those suggested for improving emotional well-being. This is because there is a connection between the two, as emotional and spiritual well-being mutually influence and overlap with each other, just as all aspects of happiness do.
Spirituality refers to seeking meaningful connections to something larger than oneself, which can lead to positive emotions such as peace, awe, contentment, gratitude, and acceptance.
Emotional well-being, on the other hand, involves cultivating a positive mindset that broadens your perspective and allows you to recognize and integrate connections to something greater than yourself.
Thus, while distinct, emotions and spirituality are deeply intertwined and interconnected.
“You don’t need to know precisely what’s happening or exactly where it’s all going. What you need is to recognize the possibilities and challenges offered by the present moment and embrace them with courage, faith, and hope.” – Thomas Merton
It is evident that the enhancement of spirituality is not dependent on technological advancements or keeping up with the times. It is not about intellectual improvement but rather about the elevation of the mind and spirit.
Questions Related to Spirituality
Exploring the purpose of life often brings spirituality into the realm of significant questions about life and identity, such as:
- Who am I, and why am I here?
- What is the purpose and meaning of life?
- Why do I experience suffering and illness?
- What is my connection to the world around me?
- Do things happen for a reason?
- Should I strive to be a good person?
- How can I live my life in the best possible way?
The Relationship Between Spirituality and Religion
Religion, including the New Age movement, is generally closer to the truth in its understanding of spirituality than scholars and scientists.

Experts’ Definitions of Spirituality
According to Kees Waaijman, spirituality has a traditional meaning of a process of reshaping oneself “with the aim of restoring the human being to its original shape, the image of God. To this end, reshaping is guided by a mold that represents the original shape: the Pentateuch in Judaism, Christ in Christianity, the Buddha in Buddhism, and Muhammad in Islam.” Holtmann and Opers point out that modern spirituality incorporates humanistic psychology, mystical and esoteric traditions, as well as Eastern religions. In modern times, the emphasis is on subjective experience and “the deepest values and meanings of people’s lives,” often integrated with personal growth or transformation separate from organized religious institutions.
Christina Puchalski, the director of the George Washington Institute for Spirituality and Health, argues that “spirituality is an aspect of being human, relating to how individuals seek and express meaning and purpose, and how they experience their connectedness to the present moment, to self, to others, to nature, and to the significant or sacred.”
According to researchers and authors Mario Beauregard and Denyse O’Leary in their book “The Spiritual Brain,” spirituality refers to “any experience that is thought to bring the experiencer into contact with the divine (in other words, not just any meaningful experience).”
Nurses Ruth Beckmann Murray and Judith Proctor Zenter write that spirituality is “an attempt to live in harmony with the universe and seek infinite answers, and becomes a focus of attention when people face emotional stress, physical illness, or death.”
From the Above, It Can be Summarized That:
The definition of “spirituality” is not simple. A search on Wikipedia does not yield a unified definition of spirituality. In academic research, surveys on the definition of this term have shown a wide range of definitions, but with limited overlap. McCarroll conducted a survey of commentaries on spirituality and found twenty-seven distinct definitions, with “little consensus.” This hinders systematic research on spirituality and the ability to convey meaningful research findings. The reasons for this lack of consensus are apparent, as there are many scholars who are atheists or who do not acknowledge the possibility of the existence of the soul. Even among open-minded scholars, it is difficult to establish a unified definition of spirituality.
The Author’s Views on Human Nature and Human Essence
The distinction between human nature and human essence is a perspective the author has arrived at through long-term contemplation and meditation. Whether this insight is correct or not remains to be studied by scholars. The author believes that human nature should be divided into two aspects: human nature and human essence.
- Human nature – it refers to the attribute aspect, primarily pertaining to the physical or biological aspect; while,
- Human essence – it refers to the spiritual or moral aspect.
Both human nature and essence are inherent to humans. Nature is outward, while essence is inward. Therefore, in terms of the mind, the spiritual aspect of an ordinary person is easily suppressed by their nature. This is a special design of the third Density, known as the “Veil of Forgetting and Spiritual Amnesia“. The author metaphorically refers to it as a “closed-book exam“. To learn more…>
When scholars study human nature, they often confuse or avoid the most crucial parts: the question of human origins and human essence. As of now, humanity’s general level of understanding of spirituality can be measured in terms of the eight stages of cosmic evolution, and we are still in the “third-grade” stage. The purpose of the author’s endeavor is to help more people elevate their spiritual awareness and graduate to the fourth Density— the realm of love and understanding.
Human Origins
The origin of human beings is much more complex than our current understanding. The term “human” extends beyond the recorded history that we have. In terms of human history we know, it spans approximately 25,000 years. However, human beings have experienced three cycles of experience, totaling 75,000 years of history.
The origin of human beings shares similarities with the evolution of other life forms of the same Density. It involves competition and natural selection. In this context, “nature” does not refer to a deity or nature itself, but rather to entities with a higher level of civilization known as the Anunnaki. They fundamentally altered the existing human race at that time to create the first wave of human beings on Earth. By combining their own DNA and genetic material with the indigenous races, they effectively endowed them with numerous physical characteristics, advantages, and abilities, including immunity to known human diseases. They were experts in biotechnology and used their advanced skills to optimize their immune systems for optimal physical conditions. We humans now carry these genetic programs. I will invite Anunnaki entities to answer related questions in future interviews.
The origin of humans is quite unique. According to the Law of One, approximately 50% of the human genetic material comes from Mars, 25% from other planets, primarily Maldek and Wanderers, and only 25% originates from the native souls of this planet, which ascended from the second Density to become human.
Regarding the term “native souls,” the true native inhabitants are the “reptilian beings” currently residing in the Earth’s inner realms. They evolved from a species of dinosaurs into a third and fourth-Density civilization. If given the opportunity, we will directly interview these entities in our “interview” segment.
From the perspective of human science, attempting to understand or discuss the origin of the human body and soul solely through 3D perception is nearly as challenging as discussing the origin of the egg and the chicken. However, once you step out of the third Density and observe and understand the same things from the cosmic perspective, you will find it less difficult to comprehend.
The ultimate source of the soul comes from the Creator itself.
Life Forms are Creations, Evolution is the Purpose
Regardless of the form in which life appears, its ultimate purpose is evolution. It starts from the earliest stage of first Density, evolving from minerals to the second-Density of plants and animals. It then evolves into life forms of the third Density, such as humans, and continues to progress towards the densities of love and wisdom. The goal is to reach the Density of love and wisdom, traverse the seventh Density, and ultimately merge with the final Density before the Creator.
When observing extraterrestrial life, it is important to note that judging them based on their appearance or form is not the way to understand them. Instead, their color should be considered. The color represents the Density of the universe. The radiance of color is their true form, representing their current level of evolution.
Some may wonder if extraterrestrials refer to humans as “humans” and how they refer to life forms on other planets. Generally, highly advanced beings in the universe also refer to us as Earthlings. In general, highly evolved beings in the universe categorize third-Density entities as beings of yellow-ray vibration, while fourth-Density entities are referred to as beings of green-ray vibration. In other words, regardless of the number of life forms in the universe, they can be represented by seven colors to depict their forms. This is a simple and scientific approach.
The essence of a human being is the soul. However, more accurately, a person is a complex of mind/body/spirit. It is the integration of the Mind Complex, the Body Complex, and the Spirit Complex, forming a unified whole.
Please note that the concepts and ideas presented here may vary and are subject to different interpretations and beliefs.
The Essence of a Human Being
The essence of a human being is a composite entity of mind/body/spirit, which consists of the Body Complex, the Mind Complex, and the Spirit Complex. The Mind Complex acts as the bridge between the body and the spirit. Generally, individuals who are primarily influenced by the Body Complex tend to exhibit more of their human nature or instincts, such as selfishness and self-serving tendencies. On the other hand, individuals who are primarily influenced by the Mind Complex tend to display more spiritual qualities, such as selflessness and noble acts of service to others.
The fundamental distinction between humans and animals lies in the fact that humans possess spirituality, whereas animals only have their natural instincts or animal nature. Human nature, or simply referred to as human behavior, is much more complex. In addition to sharing similarities with animal nature, humans also possess a “social consciousness.” From a metaphysical perspective, human nature falls under the category of the “lower three centers of consciousness,” while spiritual consciousness falls under the “upper three centers of consciousness.” The level of an individual’s consciousness depends on the openness of their energy centers, especially the first three energy centers. The more blocked these energy centers are, the more an individual’s nature becomes instinctual and self-serving, primarily focused on serving themselves. Conversely, individuals with more open energy centers tend to serve others more. Learn more…>
When a person “dies,” meaning their Body Complex can no longer be used, their Mind Complex and Spirit Complex separate from the Body Complex. At this point, they still exist but not in the form of a human. They continue to exist in the form of a soul or spirit.
Definition of Spirituality
We believe that spirituality is an essential part of human nature, and what spirituality manifests is an innate extrasensory ability. This ability varies from person to person. This perception can be improved through life experience and spiritual practice. The promotion of spirituality is the experience process of a person’s perception and understanding of self-worth; it is a process from the physical senses through the mind’s promotion and then connects with the spiritual world.

What is Density? How Much Density Exists in the Universe?
Based on the evolutionary records of cosmic civilizations, humanity is a collective entity within a third-Density planet in the solar system. The overall consciousness of humanity has recently transitioned from the self-awareness of the second-Density to intelligent beings with social consciousness. We refer to ourselves as humans and humanity. Humans are not the only intelligent beings in the universe. According to RA’s Law of One, there are approximately 67 million planets with life forms in the Milky Way galaxy alone (approximately 0.027% of the total). Among them, approximately 17% belong to the first Density, 20% belong to the second-Density, 27% are to the third Density, 16% are in the fourth Density, 6% belong to the fifth Density, and the remaining 14% are divided between the sixth and seventh densities. Learn more…>
Density refers to different time/space and space/time configurations created by the Infinite Creator for spiritual evolution. There are a total of eight densities in the universe. The eighth Density marks the beginning of the next journey, similar to the eighth note in music signaling the start of the next octave… and so on, infinitely. Here is an overview of the first three densities:
First Density: This is the Density of elements (earth, water, air, fire) and includes the scientific terms of solids, liquids, gases, and plasmas. The primary focus of learning in the first Density is awareness and self-understanding.
Second Density: This is the Density of organic life, including plants, animals, bacteria, and so on. This developmental stage has lasted approximately 4.6 billion years on Earth. The primary focus of learning in the second Density is self-understanding and social relationships.
Third Density: This is the Density in which humans reside. It is a Density of intense self-awareness. It is also a binary Density where individuals choose to service and polarity. The time span for a cycle of experiences in the third Density is 75,000 years (3 x 25,000 years). The primary focus of learning in the third Density is furthering social relationships and learning about love and understanding.
As for the other densities, I will discuss them in more detail in the blog post on “Multiverse”. Readers can also find answers in the article “Nature of the Universe“, “Eight Densities” in the dedicated section on the “HUAXINSI” website. Learn more…>
What is the Veil of Forgetting? Does It Only Exist in the Third Density?
From a spiritual perspective, the Veil of Forgetting or Spiritual Amnesia is a concept that describes the process of forgetting One’s true identity and past life experiences upon birth. It is also referred to as the “Closed Book Exam” process. Essentially, when a person is born, they forget who they are and their previous life experiences.
The purpose of the Veil is to allow individuals to have the necessary experiences related to the third Density, such as birth, aging, illness, death, suffering, separation, natural disasters, and human calamities. These experiences are collectively referred to as catalysts. Through this “Closed Book Exam” process, the level of consciousness of each individual becomes evident.
The Veil exists only in the third Density. Further explanations can be found in articles related to “consciousness” on our platform. You can also find explanations in the articles titled “Mysterious Veil” and “Unveiling the Veil“. Learn more…>
Due to the existence of the Veil, we become naturally confused about ourselves after becoming human. Many people go through various experiences and acquire extensive knowledge, believing that they have a deep understanding of human nature. For example, when discussing the weaknesses of human nature, they can list them with ease, drawing from personal experiences and observations. However, what are the causes of the dark aspects of human nature? Most people, including scholars and scientists, tend to attribute them to a person’s genetic inheritance and their upbringing. Few delve into the spiritual DNA of a person, their “Soul Contract,” or the “law of karma.” In reality, these factors are the key.
It can be said that for most of us, our understanding of human nature remains superficial throughout our lives. We may only know One aspect without fully comprehending the other. Many people have never truly understood themselves, let alone grasped the spiritual aspect of human nature. If a person acts solely based on their natural inclinations (human nature) without aligning with their true spiritual self, they can only touch the surface of things and fail to penetrate their essence. Without the self-restraint of spiritual consciousness, human nature can become bestial, aggressive, or even malevolent. This is a characteristic of polarity. Learn more…>
So, how can we truly understand ourselves and enhance our spiritual nature in order to balance and master our inherent human nature? This is One of the topics that will be discussed in my upcoming articles.
Why Do We Choose to Become Human?
The reason why we are humans and not minerals, plants, animals, ghosts, gods, or extraterrestrial beings is that we chose to be humans ourselves. There are only two main reasons:
First, from the perspective of life evolution, we have all had experiences as minerals, plants, and animals, and most of us have even had experiences as so-called “ghosts” or spirits. The primary purpose of incarnating/reincarnating as humans is to learn and elevate our awareness of love and understanding through the complex experiences of social relationships. This journey allows us to evolve into beings with true fourth-Density consciousness of love and understanding. Learn more…>
Second, another part of us has already evolved to the level of “God” consciousness, which refers to higher civilizations of extraterrestrial entities. The primary purpose of incarnating as humans for these beings is to assist humanity in elevating collective consciousness and facilitating Earth’s smooth transition from the third-Density to the fourth-Density Dimension. We refer to these individuals as cosmic wanderers or lightworkers. Learn more…>
In summary, we chose to become humans for the sake of spiritual evolution. We are spiritual beings experiencing life, and that is our True Self!
Regardless of which category of individuals we belong to, we must first understand ourselves, know ourselves, and ultimately unveil the veil to achieve self-awareness and awakening. Only then can we embark on our soul’s journey and work towards the ultimate goal of elevating collective consciousness.
The reason each of us is human is that our true “self” chose to go through the experiences and adventures of life. Our True Self is not the physical body but the spiritual essence, the combination of mind/body/Spirit Complex. We exist in multiple dimensions, and the physical body is the remarkable vehicle we personally selected and “created” for our soul’s journey on Earth.
There are various versions circulating regarding human nature, essence, and origin. How can we distinguish truth from falsehood? And how can we understand the soul, consciousness, and spirit, as well as explain many unsolved mysteries in the world? I share my own experiences… The only way to discern the truth is to invest time and effort in seeking it. Only through genuine intention and the elevation of our spiritual awareness can we feel the authenticity (vibrational frequency) of the information we come across during our search. You may even personally access the Akashic Records Hall of the universe or obtain such information from your spiritual guides—it is part of the divine plan!
Why do we choose to be human? More detailed answers can be found in the articles “Fate, Destiny and Karma“, “Soul Contract Fulfillment“.
The truth is everywhere, but it requires our pursuit to be found.
