My Enlightenment Process

The author’s enlightenment was not done under the Buddha’s bodhi tree, nor did he follow any Guru to go to Bigu or Retreat. If as a reader, you expect the process of enlightenment to have auspicious clouds falling from the sky, thunder, and lightning, or God, shows up, you will be disappointed.

Got a Book by Chance

The actual process is extremely simple. One day in 2006, the author and my friends were waiting in the airport waiting hall for our flight from Shenzhen to Xiamen. With nothing to do, I bought a book about the Sixth Patriarch Huineng (only a mere thirty pages or so) paperback book. A few days after returning home, I began to read it. When I read Huineng’s disciples who talked about “This mind is Buddha, apart from mind there is no Buddha“, I suddenly had a sense of enlightenment and a sense of Deja Vu. I still clearly remember that I involuntarily slapped my thigh, stood up suddenly from the original sitting state, and excitedly paced back and forth in the narrow room, muttering to myself, that’s it… that’s right, that’s it.！

The feeling at that time was not like enlightenment, but a bit like being in the artistic conception of “looking for her thousands of times in the crowd, and suddenly looking back, that person is in a dimly lit place“…

This Mind is Buddha*

No firecrackers, no symphony, no friends around… I was alone, after eating instant noodles, I was still wondering while wiping the soup from the corner of my mouth – could this be the legendary epiphany?

Then, I did a primary school calculation problem and repeatedly verified:

Heart = Buddha; Enlightenment = Buddha; then, Heart = Enlightenment = Buddha; Heart = Love;

Could it be that the result is: Buddha = Enlightenment = Love = Heart?

Bingo! Surprisingly, it is clear at a glance without resorting to calculus, logic, or precision calculation. In fact, enlightenment is not any known intellectual game or logic algorithm, but a spiritual realization and energy connection. Learn more…>

Although the concept of enlightenment is simple, it is easier said than done. The idea, persistence, perseverance, and unconditional Love* are indispensable!

Fewer Detours are “Shortcuts”

Is Enlightenment so simple? Although I still couldn’t believe that I had enlightened in the form of an epiphany, I found that my thinking and behavior had changed significantly. Because I firmly believe that the heart is the bridge to enlightenment. Therefore, whenever there is an issue, I would think with my heart, my heart goes first before thinking. In this way, the mood feels very pleasant and carefree, without the slightest feeling of blockage.

When encountering something particularly important, I will not make a decision immediately. First, let my heart calm down; then, enter a state of meditation, and slowly transition from quietness to contemplation; finally, find that “impulse” Feelings… We are all emotional bodies, emotions, and thoughts are also a kind of energy. Love belongs to high Vibration Frequency energy; the instinct of self-protection and ego belongs to low vibrational frequency and energy. The Law of Attraction dictates that by keeping your vibration high at all times, you will naturally connect with infinite intelligent energy. Over time, I formed and consolidated my “Heart goes first” thinking mode. The focus is on the path of thinking, not the thinking itself – no matter how brilliant the thinking ability is if the path is wrong, it will only go in the direction of “self-serving”. In this way, I stumbled into a “path” by accident…the so-called “shortcut” which is actually the “Gateway” to the Infinite Intelligent energy. Since then, I have started to connect with my “Higher Self”, and communicate with my spirit guides…Like attracts like. When your inner light, your vibration reaches a certain frequency spectrum, you will attract like-minded angels, even archangels to contact you (remember, angels must be actively invited) – this is the wonderful thing about the “Law of the Will” as well as the “Law of Attraction”. Purpose of Life vs. Soul Purpose

The purpose of life varies from person to person (Conscious Level). In different stages of life, it will also change with the change of self-cognition. Value Difference

Several years later, despite my reluctance, I still gave the book to my friends who accompanied me to Xiamen, the purpose is obvious. The author gives thousands of instructions and ten thousand urgings, reminding friends to read the key points that I have highlighted with colored pens. This friend has always believed that my predictions over the years have been accurate and once asked me to recommend some classics for learning. Hey, didn’t I already give him the treasure book? After careful questioning, I found out that the paperback book I gave had already disappeared. Could it be that the appearance of the book is too ordinary, and it is not a famous work? Now that there is nowhere to be found, the author is speechless and just left a sigh!

Enlightenment

After enlightenment, I started to practice and found out that epiphany is not a complete Enlightenment! In the author’s opinion, it is only the primary enlightenment, that is, the beginner. A truly enlightened person must also deepen and polarize on the basis of the above-mentioned enlightenment; and on the road of serving others, call and gather the power of light in order to awaken more personal and collective consciousness.

The level of comprehension depends on the strength of the enlightened person’s will to serve and the degree of purity, they are directly proportional. Learn more……>

Primary or Advanced Enlightenment is a personal feeling. For the author, constantly polarizing oneself; and being able to call and gather more light*, to serve those who are seeking the truth together, is the ultimate goal of the author.

From the Original Intention of Sharing

If you ask me when I became interested in philosophy and Metaphysics. The answer is: that everything comes from the original intention of sharing. Before, the author thought that philosophy was too esoteric; Metaphysics was too fantasy. Never dabbled. All the knowledge about “The Universe, the Earth, and the Soul” is learned after enlightenment and under the guidance of spirit guides. These guides include sages who are familiar by the world. In the author’s future “interview” programs, they will answer the questions that the audience and readers care about.

Today, the author is still immersed in the mysterious learning and sharing, which is full of fun!

Follow-up

I originally thought that the experience of enlightenment was nothing to show off. But I noticed that my friends couldn’t hide their disappointment after reading the author’s “My Experience of Enlightenment”. “Coincidentally”, I was troubled by Pollen Allergy last night and had no sleep all night. I wrote the above “My Enlightenment Process” and shared it with everyone. Judging from the timeline, it seems that it is not a coincidence, but the right timing. I agree that most of the coincidences in the world are just right!

Curiosity, everyone has it. When I interview Lao Tzu, Sakyamuni, and other sages, I will ask whether the visions they had when they were born/traveled were fabricated by later generations, or whether they really happened. Buddha* – Refers to enlightenment, not necessarily related to Buddhism or religion. Enlightenment does not have to be achieved through any religion. Anyone can become enlightened by opening the heart chakra.
Light* – includes lightworkers, volunteers, sages, as well as angels who have evolved into the light.
Unconditional Love* – It is a gradual process of awareness and advancement.
