Passive Meditation

For the sake of easy understanding, we consider terms such as emptiness, voidness, non-action, stillness, and concentration to be synonymous with “stillness.” Stillness belongs to the category of “passive meditation” and is the practice that beginners should first learn. It is the most basic and essential prerequisite. Once you have mastered the essentials of stillness meditation, HUAXINSI suggests exploring other methods such as contemplation, Visualization, White Magic, and other forms of active meditation. Otherwise, your progress may be hindered.

Why Practice Stillness?

Non-action gives rise to compassion, compassion gives rise to love, love gives rise to wisdom, and wisdom eventually unifies everything. In essence, stillness is a method of finding a balance between action and busyness. It is a way to enter a state of higher vibrational frequency. Throughout history, meditation has always begun with stillness, often referred to as “entering into a state of deep concentration.” Even in Buddhism, the sequence of “Sila (morality), Samadhi (concentration), and Prajna (wisdom)” emphasizes the importance of stillness (Samadhi) as a foundation. Love arises from concentration, and wisdom shines forth from it. Love and light, together with free will, are the complete “tools” of the Creator in creating the Universe. They represent the three distortions or transformations outlined in the teachings of the Creator and the Creation. Learn more…>

Goals and Ultimate Purpose

The primary goal of stillness is to know oneself, understand oneself, and serve oneself. Then, it is about self-improvement and ultimately reaching the purpose of serving others and graduating or being harvested.

Through stillness, you can not only raise your vibrational frequency and connect with your Higher Self, guardian angels, archangels, and even the Creator, but you can also receive messages from the Creator, understand the true love in the universe, and find your True Self. The ultimate purpose of stillness is to seek truth within oneself, ultimately gaining a complete understanding of the Creator’s creation and plan. This allows you to reevaluate or adjust your life goals or blueprint to align with the Creator’s plan. The Buddhist concept of “stillness” or “non-action” does not mean doing nothing; rather, it emphasizes that anything you do before engaging in meditation (stillness) may be in vain. As HUAXINSI explains in the introduction, “Those who engage in stillness share a common characteristic: they are hardworking in their work and life but often misuse methods of seeking truth. Consequently, they continue to live in the states they have set for themselves. They all have grand plans, but none of these plans are connected to the Creator’s plan.” Learn more…>

Only through meditation can you reach the state of “wisdom,” which is the realm of the Buddha. The realm of the Buddha is enlightenment, where One transcends the three realms and is not bound by the five elements. Nirvana is the state of enlightenment, graduation, or harvesting. In other words, you can graduate from the third Density and advance to the fourth Density to continue your learning journey. If you are a higher spiritual being incarnated, you may return to your original Density or space. Unless you choose to incarnate to help others in their spiritual progression, which is a separate matter.

How to Achieve Inner Stillness?

For beginners, achieving true inner stillness can be challenging. It requires repeated practice and perseverance. Once you have mastered the essentials of meditation, you can enter a meditative state regardless of your physical posture or activity. Whether you are walking, sitting, standing, lying down, running, working, or even driving (once you have become Adept), all can become opportunities for meditation. Each individual is unique, and finding the meditation method that suits you best is an experiential journey of seeking truth. There is no One-size-fits-all approach to meditation.

In our modern society, where busyness is the norm, attaining true inner stillness is not easy. Many people begin their meditation practice but may discontinue it along the way. Recently, I had the privilege of listening to the teachings of Gautama Buddha on the question of how to achieve inner stillness. He responded by saying:

Why Let External Daily Activities, Occupations, and Schedules Interfere with a Mind Training Program“.

The Buddha said about the misconceptions of the “quiet” method of meditation:

“Meditation is not about turning the mind off or becoming inactive. This has been taught wrongly for centuries. The purpose of meditation is for the mind to recognize human judgment, and when the mind recognizes it, it becomes Begin to pull it away from everyday experience, and this will allow joy to arise from within”.

The Buddha continued:

“Because you will truly be able to take responsibility for yourself and your definition of self, not letting outside life influence and change the way you respond, life is in service, not in service to others, but in service itself, first of all, Start with the mind. Meditation is understanding, not peace.”

The essence of inner stillness lies in self-discipline, focus, and perseverance. Furthermore, the path of cultivation begins with oneself, following the principles of self-improvement, harmonious family life, good governance, and bringing peace to the world. It is a sequential process.

Whether it is referred to as “letting go”, “emptiness”, “non-action”, “entering a meditative state,” or “zen meditation”. We understand them all as aspects of “inner stillness”. It is a fundamental misunderstanding to interpret “inner stillness” as doing nothing at all. Flower Heart Mind believes that “inner stillness” starts with learning to calm the mind and then gradually sinking One’s thoughts into the depths of the mind’s great tree. As for how to truly sink One’s thoughts into the roots of the mind’s great tree, it is an experiential process that cannot be fully expressed in just a few words. In the “Meditation Series” section, The author will provide detailed explanations of his personal experiences in attaining such a state.

Breathing and Prayer

Correct breathing and prayer techniques can help you achieve “inner stillness,” allowing you to sink your mind into the roots of your self’s “tree of consciousness.” Flower Heart Mind once again reminds readers that there is no “One-size-fits-all” meditation method. It is recommended to search within and find the method that suits you best. Pay attention to the recommended books, videos, and the “Meditation Series” on this website’s library and on YouTube by Miley Master.

Since there are many good meditation books, videos, and audio available, including recommendations and free resources in the Flower Heart Mind library, it is not necessary to elaborate on them extensively here. However, there are a few points to note for beginners:

  1. Avoid choosing overly commercialized products. Good spiritual materials are often reasonably priced or even provided for free.
  2. Take protective measures before meditation. Prayer is One of the most effective methods of self-protection.
  3. The purpose of meditation is crucial. Remember the elements and laws of the Law of Attraction.
  4. Do not attempt to analyze meditation or its results using intellectual or worldly methods.
  5. Results will naturally manifest but may not necessarily match your expectations. Each soul Incarnation or cycle has different purposes, and therefore, the results of meditation or spiritual practice will vary.
  6. Although the form is not the most important aspect, Hatonn, a member of the planetary alliance, suggests that beginners start with sitting upright, with a straight back, and in stillness.
  7. Relax, be still. Learn, practice, and practice again… Repeat continuously and meditate every day consistently.
  8. Try: When a thought arises, let it go. When a thought arises, don’t follow it. When a thought arises, be aware of it and let it go… Repeat continuously.
  9. Expectations themselves can create energetic blockages. Be still, enter a meditative state, and open yourself to allow information to naturally enter your consciousness. Do not judge, simply feel… Remember!
  10. Please remember that meditation practice is not just a technique; it is an experience and an expression of finding your True Self.

Any individual or “deity” can only provide information or catalyst services to help you become aware, but they cannot offer shortcuts or directly help you become self-aware, awakened, or enlightened. those must be achieved by yourself through meditation. Regardless of who you are, as long as you persist in meditating every day, whether through passive or active meditation, activating and cleansing your seven chakras, raising your vibrational frequency, and dedicating yourself to service with love, you will ultimately achieve your goals and become the protagonist of your own life stage.

Q&A:

Q1. What is the difference between “inner stillness” and the “four dhyānas and eight samāpattis”?

A1. The “four dhyānas and eight samāpattis” are subdivisions of the Buddhist practice of “samādhi” (meditative concentration). Inner stillness refers to One of the two main meditation methods, which is passive meditation. In contrast, the other method is active meditation, such as contemplation or White Magic.

Q2. Can we continue practicing Buddhist meditation to achieve graduation/harvesting purposes and effects?

A2. Certainly, there are many paths that lead to Rome. Buddhism is also one of the manifestations of the Law of One. Regardless of any method or spiritual path, opening the heart chakra is the first and necessary step for positive seekers. Secondly, the blue ray is the pathway to infinite intelligence. Q3. How can we engage in dialogue with sages or “deities“?

A3. Everyone can engage in dialogue with the enlightened sages or “deities” who have already achieved nirvana. You just need to start meditating. In fact, they are eager to have a conversation with you.

Readers, please remember that complex techniques can sometimes become obstacles for beginners. Understand and feel with your heart, without rushing for immediate results, and you will be pleasantly surprised. Flower Heart Mind teachings are simple and easy to understand.
