The Law of One, and its Authors

The Law of One is the Universal Law, the Law of Creation, produced by RA in the form of answers. Don Elkins asked the questions, and Jim (James McCarty) recorded them. Carla Lisbeth Rueckert was the psychic translator.

Don, Jim, and Carla all three are people on Earth. RA is an individual in a highly evolved Social Memory Complex that evolved from Venus to the end of the sixth Density. Law of One (also known as RA materials) was published ( between 1982 to 1998) in 5 volumes of a philosophical series.

The book was generated by RA in a psychic process beyond human physical means. Don asked the questions, James wrote the transcript of the answers, and Carla was the psychic translator of RA. These recordings were the full dialogue RA and its related commentaries, The latter is described as a race of entire civilizations of extraterrestrial life fused into a unified consciousness of a Social Memory Complex.

Authors Biography

Don Elkins | 1930-1984

Don Elkins was born in St. Louis, Kentucky, USA in 1930. He holds several degrees in BSc. and MSc. in civil engineering and structural engineering, Ph.D., and worked as a professor in physics and engineering at Louisville University for 12 years. He was in military service during the Korean War. 1965 he joined an airline as a pilot and captain in his quest for knowledge of supernatural phenomena and UFOs.

In 1955, he founded a research group in Love and Light (L/L Research), which studied Incarnation with psychic processes. He flew his personal plane all over the USA to investigate UFOs and natural phenomena. From 1962, he used people as receptors to communicate with ETs in his studies. This is the beginning of working with Carla.

Carla Lisbeth Rueckert | 1943-2015

Born in Lake Forest in 1943, brought up in Lewisville. She had a degree of BA in English from Lewisville University and a degree in library management from Spalding University. She married James A. McCarty in 1987. She worked as a psychic communicator since 1974. She published her first book “Secrets of the UFO” with Don Elkins in 1976.

Her other works included “A Channeling Handbook”, “Wanderers Handbook”, and ”Law of One (RA Material)”. “A Book of Days”. She also appeared in blogs on the Internet as “A Small Medium at Large”. Her work can be found at www.Ilresearch.org and www.bring4th.org.

James McCarty | 1947- Now

Born in Nebraska, USA. Had a BA from Nebraska University and an MA in Child education from Florida University. In 1972 he founded the 132-acre Rock Creek Research and Development Laboratory in central Kentucky to work on the work closest to his heart – human evolution. He lived alone, grew food, meditated, and studied for six years.

In 1978 he came to know of the Light & Love Centre and listened to the program of the broadcast Carla. He brought a group to join Carla’s meditation group. Weekly he drove 140 miles to and back from the meditation. In the fall of 1980, he joined a research group in Oregon, Paul Shockley’s group, who said they were connected to the same source that Edgar Cayce was connected to. Two months later, James sold his research place and joined Carla 5,000 miles away. Three weeks later, RA appeared for the Law of One.

RA -the Builder of Pyramids in Egypt

According to RA’s own statement, he is a Unified Consciousness Social Memory Complex that has evolved to the end of the sixth Density. The Social Memory Complex refers to the fusion of all individuals in this society into One overall consciousness. For example, there is no other polarity in this society, and all questions, including Paradox, have a clear answer. This is the concept of “all things are One and all beings are One” or the Law of One.

Venus, the planet from which RA’s Social Memory Complex comes, completed its third-Density evolution as early as 2.6 billion years ago. Currently, RA belongs to the late stage of the sixth Density and is a highly civilized entity preparing to enter the seventh Density.

The larger Egyptian pyramids were built in thought form by RA Social Memory Complex, the members of the Confederation of Planets, approximately 2,300 years ago.

Q. Who is RA？

RA’s self-introduction:

We belong to the Law of One. In our frequency, our polarity is harmonious. Matters are simplified, and the paradox is resolved. We are One. This is our nature and purpose.
Our presence has a long history on your planet. We delivered the Law of One a few times, the law of unity, and the law of singleness with varying degrees of success.
We had set foot on your planet and seen your faces before.
We are still staying where we are and watching over the earth as responsible for the Distortion of the Law of One.
Our frequency is our characteristic, as a collective Social Memory Complex, and were in contact with your race in Egypt. We explained the Law of One to the people in charge. He understood our message and promulgated it to his people.
However, the priests, at the time distorted our message and erased the element of compassion in the Law of One.

Who Built the Egyptian Pyramids and Why?

RA: I am RA. The larger pyramids were built by our ability using the forces of One. The stones are alive. It has not been so understood by the mind/body/spirit distortions of your culture. The purposes of the pyramids were two:

Firstly, to have a properly oriented place of initiation for those who wished to become purified or initiated channels for the Law of One.

Secondly, we wished then to carefully guide the initiates in developing a healing of the people whom they sought to aid and the planet itself. Pyramid after pyramid charged by the crystal and initiate were designed to balance the incoming energy of the One Creation with the many and multiple distortions of the planetary mind/body/spirit. In this effort, we were able to continue work that brothers within the Confederation had effected through the building of other crystal-bearing structures and thus complete a ring, if you will, of these about the Earth’s, as this instrument would have us vibrate its surface.

RA and the Earth

RA: our first attempt was 75,000 years ago when we helped Martians to Earth. The second was 58,000 years ago in the Mu civilization. The next was 13,000 years ago, We helped Atlantis, 7,500 years ago with South Americans. Some involved other entities in the Confederation of Planets. Helped Egyptians 2,300 years ago. For the remaining period of experience, we never left your 5th Metaverse and continued to work in this small cyclic period for harvest.

Hxs Considers that deities as we know them, are in fact entities of advanced civilizations. Religion and deities were really ancients’ worship of the unknown. Superstition came out of the unknown and developed into cults and religions. Over 10,000 years ago RA visited Egypt and built the famous pyramids, trying to disseminate the Law of One. It was unfortunate that people at the time thought they were gods and failed to serve the populace with the aid of the pyramids. Conversely, those in power possessed them for their own purpose. RA reflected that those attempts were naive and unsuccessful.

Our Views on the Authors of the Law of One

Q. Why does the author have to do this? Good question!

We think we need to know more about these authors. Other than RA, (being an ET entity), Carla, Jim and Don are Wanderers from the fifth /sixth densities, reincarnated on Earth. Their common feature is modesty, unwillingness to hint at their achievements, and advertising their will to serve others.

In the spring of 2018, I contacted Jim McCarthy and visited him in Lewisville, Kentucky. He, of medium build, wearing jeans, was receiving me cordially, and introduced me to the Mementos in his room. Working among the paraphernalia and books were Gary Bean and Austin Bridges, his assistants. He drove me to a nearby vegetarian restaurant to have lunch in his rather vintage car. He inquired about what thoughts I might have after reading the Law of One. I was rather lost on encountering his profound look and apart from recognition of his somewhat familiar face as a great Wanderer, my brain drew a blank. It seemed all my questions had already been answered. As we casually chatted, I gathered that he missed his wife Carla, and respected Don very much. Over an hour went by in a flash. When I hugged him to say goodbye, I could not hold back my tears, wondering when I would see this gentleman again. However, that did not prevent me from dreaming of a day when I could invite the authentic authors of Law of One in a psychic setting to answer readers’ questions. I hope that day will come soon.

We would like to share the following impressions:

The complete Harmony of This Trio

Carla, Jim, and Don were an amazing trio. The love, harmony, and frequency between them attracted the attention of RA who was about to advance beyond the sixth Density. Communication between them must come collectively from a Social Memory Complex and not personally. The trio is a perfect combination.

RA later revealed that they were all wanderers. One from the fifth-Density, the other two from 6th. Before Reincarnation, they agreed to come to help humanity on Earth. They were in the great harmony of love, friendship, and everything.

Self-sacrifice

The trio was noticed by both the Confederation of Planets, consisting of positive energy, as well as by the negative Orion Group at the initial stage when they were in contact with RA. The Orion Group tried to interfere with and disrupt their communication and the promulgation of the Law of One.

We considered that the serious illness of Jim, Carla brushing with death several times, and the passing of Don were not unrelated to the Orion interference. Don appeared to die from suicide by free will, through meditation, we felt the interference factor of Orion did play a part.

The contest between positive and negative forces is endless in the space below the sixth Density.

A Members of the Confederation of Planets

RA considered that it was the first time for thousands of years in the history of mankind that they were able to communicate with Earth without Distortion.

The Coming of the Law of One

This work was produced collectively by a trio combination of Carla, Jim, and Don from 1980 with the contact of RA, a collective entity from extra-territorial planetary civilization at the 6th Density. There were 106 gathered sittings, recorded altogether over 300,000 words. The transcripts were scrutinized and collated into five volumes, entitled The Law of One (also known as RA Materials).

The communication with RA stopped when Don died in 1984.

Communication, Channeling, and More

Don recalled that their team used tuned trance telepathy to communicate with a group of ET planetary entities called RA. They used the English language and were very proficient. They had been on the Earth 10,000 years ago, acting the part of a Preacher to promote the minds of the humans on Earth. The attempt fell short and RA withdrew from Earth but was still observing its developments. RA is therefore knowledgeable about our history and languages.

It is difficult to fully understand the nature of RA because it is a Social Memory Complex of the 6th Density. Since Earth is at the end of the third-Density evolution period, RA was three levels and thousands of years ahead. Hence it is apparent that 11000 years ago, Egyptians had difficulties in communicating with RA. Such an impasse still remains to some extent.

1. Unique Means of Communication

Carla used her body as a media receptor for messages from RA. It was a unique way of communication, not commonly used in psychic practices (nor through a trance state where Carla’s soul temporarily left the body to be used as an instrument by RA). It was through a process of narrow-band frequency.

2. Narrow Band Communication

RA and Carla both tuned their communication conduits precisely to a narrow band frequency. RA was situated in the sixth Density in Venus and communicated with Carla via this narrow band frequency and used her body as a receptor and broadcaster. Carla was in a non-conscious state until the end of the Q&A session. She was not aware of that state and could not recall what happened. She knew only by replaying the tapes. In RA’s words, It is the first success, in thousands of years of earth’s history, of their communication without Distortion.

3. Narrow Band

RA said they had to wait till Carla’s frequency was tuned precisely to this narrow band before proceeding. Don Elkins had been in psychic research with Carla for 20 years, though Carla’s previous experience had always been in a conscious state.

Inspiration of Law of One

This Law is contrary to any law devised by man. It is not long-winded, nor refined in text. It simply stated, “All matters are One. All lives are One”. That’s the Law of One.

It was produced in Q&A form with Don asking the questions. Carla acted as the conduit in RA’s answers. Jim was the transcriber (with a tape recorder). These were collated and produced with little Distortion. Apart from observing the Law of Free Will, all questions were clearly replied to.

The Principle of the Law of One

“All matters are One. All lives are One.”

Our interpretation is: Its manifestation is in every matter, every existence, every emotion, every event, every situation, no polarity, no judgment, no disharmony. Everything is One. each of us is an entity, by the creation of God and eventually, we rejoin as One. Every entity is the same, with no separation, and no differences. Therefore：

You are part of a whole,
You are perpetual,
You are love/light and light/love,
You manifest the Law of One…

This is the Law of One.

Our Views

In our view, in our history, no documents or records, describe more clearly, and scientifically, the universe and the evolution of spirituality. Following the rules of free will, RA chose this Q&A format to complete the five volumes with the trio of participants. It is different from our structured logic and subjects appear at random.

We considered the Law of One to be the most to the truth, authentic, and with the least Distortion. The truth lies in our hearts.

In fact, the “Law of One” has been widely circulated in different forms and versions on our earth for a long time. The earliest Distortion was from 12,000 years ago, when RA came to Egypt for the second time, trying to contact the local people and teach the Law of One. In addition, pyramids were built locally for spiritual learning and healing.

The pyramids were built not in the way known to humankind, but with consciousness or thought forms. According to the RA, they traveled from Venus to Earth, using their consciousness. Consciousness is used to create flight crafts and flight suits designed to protect their bodies.

The Law of One’s Chinese Version

The Law of One was compiled in English. While browsing L/L Research, the author found out that the Chinese traditional version had already been translated by Mr. Terry Hsu from Taiwan; while the simplified Chinese version was produced by a fellow initiate who humbly calls himself “Sean (虚行)” who is now a proofreading volunteer for some of our HUAXINSI’s blog articles. We wish to thank fellow followers of the Law of One on earth and respectfully acknowledge them as gracious light workers in the service of mankind.

Q1: What is the relationship between Buddhism, the Bible, and the Law of One? What kind of theory does HUAXINSI belong to?

A1: The Law of One is part of the Cosmic Laws. The Bible, Buddhism, and New Age, including HUAXINSI, are all trying to convey the Law of One. Any form of transmission has varying degrees of deformation or Distortion. The lesser the degree of Distortion, the closer to the original Law of One. The Law of One is part of the Cosmic Laws. Q2: Is the Law of One the truth, or the authority to interpret the truth?

A2: The “Law of One” is indeed the information closest to the truth, the prototype, and the least deformed in our eyes. In fact, the truth exists in everyone’s heart. As the RAs say, we are but humble messengers of the Infinite Creator. In other words, no individual or collective can claim authority, except the Creator. HUAXINSI has already stated this point of view in the “Mission Statement” and “Disclaimer”.

The truth is everywhere, only when seeking, you will find it!

Q3: Do I have to know the “Law of One” to graduate?

A3: We do not need to fully understand the Law of One to graduate. According to RA, the Law of One is compulsory for fifth-Density entities. But we must open our heart chakra and serve others or serve ourselves to a certain degree before we can graduate.
