Life Review also known as the Soul Regression refers to when the soul returns to the spiritual plane, and the “karmic balancing mechanism” automatically arranges for soul regression. It’s like sitting in a three-dimensional cinema with a 360-degree playback feature, where the experiences of your past life unfold before your eyes, scene by scene. Your past actions and deeds become evident.

You may feel elated and proud of your accomplishments, deeply ashamed of inappropriate behavior, shed tears for sad or touching moments, and feel indignant for your own or others’ injustices. In summary, when you review your life on the spiritual plane, you not only view things through your perspective but also God’s perspective, experiencing them empathetically.

Regardless of who you were in your earthly life, as a soul, during the time of “regression,” you can fully immerse yourself in the energy of every person and object related to you emotionally and energetically. In other words, you will feel the pain of others. Even someone who was extremely wicked and filled with evil during their life, on the spiritual plane, they are no different from other souls. Everyone is equal, whether they are animals or plants.

No life is higher or lower than another. Regardless of what we have done in our earthly life, regardless of the cause of death, the soul is not judged, for judgment does not exist. Because the One (God) does not judge; what you encounter is love and light unless your heart is filled with fear and darkness. Soul regression and the related process of healing are inevitable after death. What we need to do is to let go and embrace “new life.”
