Looking at the sky, we can’t fail to be impressed by the mystery of the magnitude of the universe. We can’t imagine how it was formed, how space-time exists within it, and how it functions naturally in an orderly fashion. Unaware by us, our body holds the mystery of the universe. Each of us, holding a miniature universe, is an amazing complex.

The author has long known a little about the statement that the human body is like a microcosm, and the mind/body/Spirit Complex, but the real understanding of them is something that I started to practice after enlightenment. The Small Universe

Fuxi* realized the secrets of the big universe and the small universe by looking up at the sky and looking down at himself. The human body is a small universe. Big without its outside, small without its inside. It is the epitome of the big universe. Both macro and micro. Fuxi first put forward the theory that “One becomes two, and two return to One” in the universe. He created the first edition of the Book of Changes, the “Book of Heaven without Words (無字天書)”. It is the first teacher of Yi Xue.

The author believes that if it is translated into modern language, it is “One split into two; infinite is from two; ultimately, two unify as One“. It means that the Creator created the universe from nothing to the beginning; first, focus to create One; then, from One life to two (yin and yang or Duality); That is, all things are One, and all life is One. This is the “Law of One” and a complete ecological evolution system.

The Creator created the infinite universe. For spiritual evolution He created seven levels of evolution in the universe, each of these levels is called a Density. Incredible Complex

The entire universe evolution system exists inside the human body, corresponding to the polarity and seven evolution levels (Density) of the universe. In humans, there are males and females (yin and yang). Whether male or female, we all have polarity and seven chakras within us. The Crown or Top Chakra represents the North Pole, while the Root Chakra represents the South Pole. Also, the lower three chakras are oriented toward the South Pole, while the upper three are oriented toward the North Pole. The evolution of the universe and the evolution of life, including the improvement of human spirituality (consciousness), are all developing from low Density to high Density. Relatively speaking, this means that the consciousness of the lower chakras spirals up to the higher chakras.

Earth belongs to third Density in the universe (currently transitioning to fourth Density), and humans represent life forms of third Density yellow-ray bodies. Polarity is closely related to the evolution of life and is an inseparable relationship. Taking Earth and humanity as an example, we are life forms of the third Density in the universe, no different from other third-Density life forms in the cosmos, except for our outward appearance. Similarly, in the process of creation in nature, the polarity of the early sum of life on Earth determined the polarity of the Earth. After the formation of the north and south poles on Earth, it also determined that the living environment of Earth is suitable only for the life of that Density and polarity, for their survival and growth.

RA teaches that the generation of polarity is the result of the free will interaction between the planet and its complex of mind/body/spirit. Polarity is like the battery of an electric car; without the battery, there is a lack of propulsion. This analogy applies to all planets/societies with polarity. We human beings have always had a misplaced understanding of people, souls, and consciousness in education. Regarding the relationship between thought, mind, and awareness, Van Gogh had this to say. “I put my heart and soul into my work. 1. Thoughts

The brain of humankind is a complex system with two lobes. The left functions for wisdom and analysis, and the right for intuition and emotions. Therefore, it is to be understood that the right lobe retains hereditary elements of emotion and spirituality. The left gains through learning and is linked with reasoning and nature. 2. Mind

As described above the human mind is connected to both of our two brain lobes. If One belongs to be a more logical person, he tends to be having a more negative mindset. Reversely, If One is more mindful, he tends to be a more positive person.

Mindful refers to using the right brain for thinking and intuition. Commonly known as using the heart to think (HUA-XIN-SI). Metaphysically, it is to open the heart chakra to reach a higher level of consciousness, i.e. spiritual level.

The author, for reference purposes, knows them as bodily consciousness, mind consciousness, and spiritual consciousness. Pure intuition has its uncertainty. An entity with unrestricted intuition may move away from polarity. Over-reliance on the left or right brain is not advisable. The key is to possess a balanced equilibrium.

3. Consciousness

Consciousness here is the “spiritual consciousness” relative to the “Thoughts” and “Mind” mentioned above. Consciousness refers to an entity’s awareness or present state of mind. It includes all perceptions, experiences, and experiences stored in the deepest part of the mind and resonated with the neurosympathetic system to generate awareness. It guides the spirituality to spiral upwards from the awakening of instinct, seeking the awareness of love. Consciousness determines the degree of evolution of One’s mind/body/Spirit Complex. For thousands of years, different theories have been accumulated in the research on the human body in the religions, theology, and philosophy of various countries in the world. The more common ones are the seven layers of the body and the theory of mind, body, and soul. The author especially recommends the description of the “mind/body/Spirit Complex” in “The Law of One”. Because the author thinks that its Distortion is relatively minimal.

The Essence of Human Beings

Many people believe that the essence of a human being is the soul. However, the author believes that the essence of a human being is a combination of the “mental composite entity,” “physical composite entity,” and “spiritual composite entity,” collectively known as the “mind/body/Spirit Complex“. Suppose an entity successfully graduates from the third Density to the fourth Density. In that case, its Mind Complex” and a “Spirit Complex” will choose its family and create a suitable “body” for the fourth Density before Incarnation. Through this new Body Complex, they can experience life in the fourth Density. The Vibration Frequency differs for each Density, with higher densities having higher vibration frequencies. This also explains why humans find it difficult, in most cases, to see or find beings from other densities, such as extraterrestrials. It is because our naked eyes, including our senses, are unable to perceive or feel the existence of entities with different vibration frequencies. Similarly, if we wish to communicate with our spirit guides, both the guide must lower their Vibration Frequency, and we must elevate our own Vibration Frequency. The Body Complex, also known as the body composite entity, is the material suited for experiencing densities in space/time or time/space. This intricate material can be utilized to manifest what is commonly referred to as physical expressions through Distortion.

The body serves as a vehicle for space/time or time/space. More precisely, when an entity is born or undergoes Reincarnation on Earth, it must go through life and learn through the manifestation of this “body,” which is a complex material suited for the third Density. The Mind Complex, Body Complex, and Spirit Complex, also known as the body/mind/Spirit Complex, are inseparable and integral parts of the whole. They are the characteristics that constitute the structure of a third-Density entity from a spiritual perspective. A complete human being is composed of the Mind Complex, Body Complex, and Spirit Complex. From an evolutionary standpoint, the human body is a microcosm. In Metaphysics, the body/mind/Spirit Complex is divided into three major parts, namely: I) the Body Complex, II) the Mind Complex, and III) the Spirit Complex. They are also referred to as I) the physical plane, II) the astral plane, and III) the spiritual plane.

Based on my understanding of the “body/mind/Spirit Complex” and the “sevenfold nature of the human body,” the following list is arranged in descending order:

Note: Please note that this categorization represents a metaphysical perspective, and the understanding may vary among different belief systems or philosophies.

You will notice that the “Physical Body” is at the bottom of the list. As mentioned earlier, it is made of complex material suitable for the third Density. The True Self must go through it to complete its learning and experiences on Earth—a journey the author refers to as the “soul journey.” The body is the material aspect of the composite entity, while the soul is the non-material aspect, and the conscious mind serves as the bridge between the two. Since the “heart” is the connection between the “body” and “spirit,” cultivating the heart promotes the advancement of both, making inner cultivation crucial for genuine spiritual evolution. Inner cultivation, in other words, means continuously purifying One’s thought patterns and maintaining clarity of conscious awareness. In fact, inner cultivation and biological evolution, and energy enhancement are interrelated.

Spiritual and Physical Bodies

As for how a person’s physical body is connected to the other aspects of the sevenfold nature of the human body, it is through the Etheric Body that the seven bodies are linked. The following explanation will further help you understand the remarkable composite nature of the “human” being.

1. Physical Body

The physical body refers to the familiar human body. The human body consists of five major organs: the brain, heart, liver, kidneys, and lungs. The loss of function in any of these vital organs means the possibility of facing death. While the exact number of organs in the human body is not precisely defined, scientists generally agree on the concept of 78 human body organs, including important organs such as the tongue, stomach, thyroid, urethra, and bladder, as well as many paired organs. Different regions of the skeletal system and teeth are counted as One organ. If each tooth is counted individually, there would be 315 organs.

Although the organs of the physical body are numerous and complex, they are dwarfed in comparison to the other parts above the Etheric Body. Especially when it comes to the subtle bodies, with billions of cells, a significant portion of them goes far beyond the current understanding of the human race.

All organs of the physical body naturally carry the biological DNA of parents and ancestors. In addition, these organs, through the connection of the Etheric Body, receive and release all the information required for spiritual evolution. For example, the karmic imprints carried in the cellular structure from birth, the reception and release of destructive thought and emotional patterns stored in the cellular structure, the gradual detoxification of cells in the physical body, the repair of decaying, aging, declining, and scar tissues, the restoration of the self-detoxification function of cellular structures, the transformation of non-regenerative cellular structures into regenerative ones, and the growth of crystalline form to create conditions for holding a larger energy field, among others

2. Etheric Body

The Etheric Body is a gel-like substance, the first layer of structure beyond the physical body – the term “etheric” refers to the state between energy and matter. This layer exists outside the physical form as a bluish-gray, web-like structure that appears identical to the physical body but is an energetic web in a wave-like motion. This layer can be visualized as a blue-white shimmering aura. The Etheric Body is a non-material body that mirrors the physical body, with a torso, organs, blood, and even hair, but in a non-material state. It overlaps with the physical body and encompasses it, slightly larger in size. The meridians, acupoints, and chakras that we often refer to belong to the Etheric Body and the energy transmission and sensation of pain in the human body are functions of the Etheric Body system.

For example, during hypnosis, it is the Etheric Body that is affected, which is why a person in a deep hypnotic state does not feel pain even when their physical body is stimulated or undergoes surgery. This is because their Etheric Body system has been hypnotized, temporarily ceasing the transmission of pain sensations.

The Etheric Body is closely connected to the physical body, and everything related to the body first occurs in the Etheric Body before manifesting in the physical body. In other words, any event first takes place in the non-material realm of etheric energy before materializing in the physical realm. For instance, if there is damage to the liver storage in the Etheric Body and the crystalline layer of the liver storage is lost for a period of time, liver disease will then manifest in the physical body. You can change the energy structure of the Etheric Body within seconds or minutes through intention, but it may take months or even years for this change to manifest in the physical body. True spiritual evolution requires work on the Etheric Body, clearing blocked meridians, repairing damaged chakra systems, and allowing the chakras to rotate properly to transform Qi and circulate energy fields. It also involves continuously restoring the lost crystalline layers of the Etheric Body and incorporating the genetic information needed for the Biological Body to progress to the next stage.

3. Emotional Body

The Emotional Body is the second layer of structure beyond the physical body, and it can be understood as the second subtle body. It has a lower Density than the Etheric Body, just as the Etheric Body has a lower Density than the physical body. As the name suggests, this body is where emotional phenomena occur. While the Etheric Body reflects a bluish-gray color scale, the Emotional Body displays a full spectrum of colors, resembling a rainbow. In the structured and grid-like regions of the Etheric Body, emotions appear as flowing, colorful clouds. Depending on a person’s emotional experiences, the colors may appear very bright and saturated or dull and murky. These colorful light clouds seem to move within the grid-like framework of the Etheric Body. It extends about One to three inches beyond the physical body and permeates both the physical and Etheric Bodies. If a person’s Emotional Body is unhealthy or damaged, they may lack emotions and struggle to experience them. If a person has fragments of someone else’s Emotional Body due to energetic entanglement, they will experience the emotions of others, leading to emotional overwhelm and a lack of self-control. True spiritual evolution requires restoring a healthy Emotional Body, allowing you to move beyond numbness and regain the capacity to feel.

4. Mental Body

The Mental Body is the third layer of structure beyond the physical body, and similarly, it can be understood as the third subtle body. This subtle body manifests the processes of the mind through the aura. It appears as a yellow cloud surrounding a person’s head, shoulders, and other parts of the body. Just as the Emotional Body is a subtler substance than the Etheric Body, the Mental Body is composed of finer energetic matter than both the Emotional Body and Etheric Body. It extends approximately 3 to 8 inches beyond the physical body but expands further when a person is more deeply engaged in the thought process. Like the Etheric Body layer, it is structured. Within this body, thought forms are visible. These forms are also layered with various other colors emitted by the Emotional Body. The colors of the Emotional Body represent emotions attached to the thought forms. When a thought is highly focused and well-structured, it appears clearer to individuals with developed perceptions. This allows us to understand how our thoughts take shape in our aura and effectively permeate our other layers of the body, ultimately influencing our material lives.

If a person’s Mental Body is unhealthy or damaged, they may lack rationality and struggle to express themselves properly. If a person has fragments of someone else’s Mental Body due to energetic entanglement, they may become excessively rational, lacking emotions, and unable to understand and empathize with others’ feelings. True spiritual evolution requires restoring a healthy Mental Body, allowing you to have rational abilities.

5. Astral Body

The Astral Body is the fourth layer of structure beyond the physical body, and similarly, it can be understood as the fourth subtle body. The Astral Body is also referred to as the Soul Body. Beyond the four subtle bodies is your Light Body. The Light Body is a larger version that replicates the Etheric Body, subtle bodies, and chakra system in size and shape. The fourth subtle body of the aura serves as a conduit for transformation and transition. I refer to it as the “bridge” – it relates to the harmonization of the lower three chakras (lower triad) with the spiritual body (higher triad) in their processes and functional energy within the material world, while the upper three chakras and the spiritual body primarily govern our experiences in the non-material realm. Thus, the heart center and its corresponding Astral Body serve as a gateway connecting the physical and non-physical aspects of the self. The Astral Body is amorphous in form, similar to the Emotional Body, and carries constantly moving multicolored light clouds. It extends about half a foot to One foot beyond the physical body. The colors found in the Astral Body are more beautiful than those found in the Emotional Body and are combined with a rosy hue associated with the heart chakra and the state of love consciousness. This Auric Body is the space where many non-material interactions between individuals take place. Those with clairvoyant sight can observe the phenomenon of spiritual light between individuals, appearing as moving spots of colors between them, even if they seem to have no actual interaction. Perhaps these energetic forms moving between two individuals can indicate attraction or conflict.

When people mention out-of-body experiences (OBEs), they are referring to the temporary departure of the Light Body from the physical body to travel to other dimensions or realms. In reality, out-of-body experiences are quite common, and even ordinary individuals who cannot consciously astral project during waking states may experience their Light Body leaving during sleep. This is because the Light Body guards the physical body, Etheric Body, and subtle bodies during the day and ventures out while the physical body sleeps at night. However, most people either cannot remember or rarely recall their encounters after astral projection.

The experiences during the Light Body’s travels in Dreamtime contribute to parts of your dreams each night, although the dreams you remember may not necessarily correspond directly to the experiences of your Light Body’s astral projection. This is because the transmission of the Light Body’s travel experiences occurs through a silver cord that connects the Light Body to the Etheric Body. The information is then transmitted to the third chakra of the Etheric Body, the solar plexus, and interpreted by the brain. As the travel experiences of the Light Body (dreams) are not directly sent to the brain, there is a degree of Distortion after the brain interprets them, often resulting in symbolic nature.

6. Etheric Template Body

The Etheric Template Body is the fifth layer of structure beyond the physical body and belongs to the fifth subtle body. It extends about One and a half to two feet beyond the physical body. The Etheric Template Body essentially serves as the blueprint for the etheric layer, which is the blueprint for the physical body. Within the aura’s etheric layer, there exists a template that appears identical to the physical body—it is, in fact, the defining principle of the physical body’s structure. Similarly, the Etheric Template Body is the most significant link to the Etheric Body. At the level of the Etheric Template (also associated with the throat chakra, governing sound, and creative expression), sound creates matter. The etheric template layer of the aura creates an empty or negative space where the first layer or etheric layer of the aura can exist. The Etheric Template serves as a template for the Etheric Body, which then forms a grid-like structure (a structured energy field) upon which the physical body grows. Therefore, the Etheric Template layer of the universal energy field contains all shapes and forms existing on the physical plane, except for the template layer itself. These forms exist in negative space, creating an empty space where the etheric grid structure grows, and all physical manifestations exist within it.

7. Celestial Body

The Celestial Body is the sixth layer of structure beyond the physical body and belongs to the sixth subtle body. The Celestial Body corresponds to the third eye chakra and serves as the center for experiencing states of conscious and unconditional love. It is the Emotional Body on the spiritual level. While the Astral Body and the heart center are the places where love for humanity is embodied, the Celestial Body, when connected with the Astral Body, represents the space of universal and unconditional love. It is the moment when we remember our Oneness with Source, light, and all existence. This layer extends around the body approximately two to two and three-quarters feet and has a smaller Density and definition compared to the Etheric Template Body. It emits a range of soft colors and radiates a golden and silver light, akin to the glow around a candle.

8. Causal Body

The Causal Body, also known as the Ketheric Template, is the seventh layer of structure beyond the physical body and belongs to the seventh subtle body. The Causal Body extends around two and a half to three and a half feet beyond the body and encompasses a powerful egg-shaped structure that allows the Ketheric Template to contain and protect all other bodies within the auric field. This layer is the final gold layer of the human energy field and directly relates to an individual’s life trajectory in the current Incarnation. There are levels beyond the Ketheric Template, but they are more associated with the “cosmic plane”—meaning they transcend the scope of a singular material life perspective. This Auric Body resembles an elastic egg composed of rapidly moving golden threads. The pulsations of these golden threads are so rapid that they appear to be flickering to the senses of clairvoyance. It integrates the entire aura into a cohesive form. This body facilitates an awareness perspective of our unity with the Creator. It also contains imprints related to past lives and specific imprints related to particular past lives being dealt with in the current Incarnation. It is the spiritual body on the spiritual level.

Each of the aforementioned bodies/levels is interconnected and in communication with other levels through the Etheric Body. The Etheric Body has also been referred to as meridians in ancient Chinese culture. Meridians are an invisible and intangible set of organs that cannot be seen or touched with the naked eye or through Western anatomical studies. However, they govern every organ in the human body and are closely related to the development of various diseases and overall health. They can even determine a person’s life and death.

The reason we cannot see the Etheric Body is that it exists in the third Density but truly belongs to the non-material organ of the astral plane, known as the Astral Body.

The Difference Between Body and Spirit

The distinction between the physical body and the spiritual body can be explained from an evolutionary perspective. The physical body will continue to exist until the seventh Density. At that point, the mind, body, and spirit merge completely. We can understand this fully merged state as the “spirit.” The changes that occur in the body in each Density are not fully understood by us as human beings in this particular space/time. We can roughly understand these changes as follows:

For us as humans, entities in the fifth Density are already light bodies. We might perceive them as pure energy beings. However, it is in the seventh Density, and beyond those entities truly become pure energy bodies, merging with the Creator as co-creators of pure energy.

Traditional Chinese Medicine Meridians and Etheric Body

In the ancient Chinese medical text “Huangdi Neijing,” there is a crucial concept that runs throughout the book: meridians. Meridians are a set of invisible organs that cannot be seen or touched by the naked eye. Despite the inability to locate them through Western anatomical studies, they control every organ of the human body and are closely related to the occurrence of various diseases and overall health. They can even determine a person’s life and death.

In traditional Chinese medicine, meridians are believed to connect the internal organs, and limbs, and facilitate the circulation of Qi and blood. The main channels are known as meridians, and their branches are known as collaterals. Blood flows within the vessels, while Qi circulates outside of them. The vitality of a person relies on the maintenance and nourishment of Qi and blood. When One’s Qi and blood are abundant, balanced, and flowing smoothly, they exhibit radiance and good health. The replenishment of Qi and blood depends on the generation of the essence, and the depletion of the essence indicates an approaching end. The generation of essence is closely related to the functions of the internal organs. The detailed records of meridians can be found in the “Neijing” and “Nanjing,” and prior to that, there was the “Mai Shu” discovered in Han tombs.

Ancient scholars recognized that meridians are the pivotal connection to the soul. In the “Huangdi Neijing,” it is stated, “The Ling Shu governs the circulation of Qi and blood, regulates Yin and Yang, determines life and death, treats various diseases, and adjusts deficiency and excess. It must not be blocked.” This ancient insight is profound.

Ancient Chinese medicine also understood that the physiological activities of human beings revolve around the internal organs, with the heart being the center. If we compare the heart to the root of a tree, then meridians are like the trunk, and Qi and blood are the nourishment. In the “Su Wen – Ju Tong Lun,” it is explained: “All diseases arise from Qi: anger raises Qi, joy slows Qi, grief dissipates Qi, fear lowers Qi, cold contracts Qi, heat disperses Qi, shock disturbs Qi, labor depletes Qi, and overthinking knots Qi.” This corresponds to the “Nine Qi” and “Twelve Meridians” described in traditional Chinese medicine. The origin of meridians and acupoints cannot be proven, but they, like other metaphysical theories, are legacies left by ancient sages. This reminds me of the inspiration I received during meditation: “Truth is the manifestation and enlightenment from the highest to the lowest, while science is the exploration and discovery from the lowest to the highest.”

In summary, it is clear that the human body is not merely a physical entity but a complex combination of heart, body, and spirit. Each individual’s body is like a microcosm containing all the secrets of the universe—an extraordinary and incomprehensible entity! Cultivating oneself involves not only nurturing the physical body on a material level but also tending to the astral and spiritual bodies. They can be collectively referred to as the heart/body/Spirit Complex, which is the essence of being human.
